These are powdered pigments that come in a jar. They can be mixed with Painting Potion to create a paintable liquid, or applied on the whole nail surface the same way you would apply chrome. They are beautiful colors, with a superfine shimmer. Some of them have the same color shimmer as the base color (like Passionate Pomegranate), while others have a different color shimmer than the base color (like Aegean Seas). All of them are beautiful!!
