Refund policy

Please note: all sales are final. Returns are not accepted for any items that are cosmetic grade, due to health and safety regulations. Please make sure of your purchase before buying.

If you find that a product is defective, damaged, or you were sent the wrong product - you have up to seven days from the day you received it to let us know. Please send any photos of damaged or defective product and we will gladly replace it at no cost. We will accept returns or exchanges if the error is on our end and you've been sent the wrong item by mistake.
