This super-sticky based primer is PERFECT for full-cover nails. It replaces having to "etch" the nail, both underneath and on the top surface. Simply use this primer and apply in a "scrubbing' motion until you feel the nail become tacky. You're good to go; this is a huge time saver because you no longer have to buff press-on type of nails.

Can also be used on a natural nail but does not take the place of etching the natural nail surface. You must always properly prep a natural nail before any service.
