This is to be used like a liquid chrome and burnished into the nail. Works best when applied with a dry applicator (included) and when applied over Outshine.

Allow to air dry, then top with Metallic Glaze to seal, cure for 60 seconds. Finish With Ladybug Luster Tope Gel, cure for 60 seconds. 

Please note: a larger tube is needed to fill with the liquid luminary luster, due to expansion of the product caused by the wand. Tubes will not be completely full to allow the product room so that it doesn’t overflow. We are not shorting you on product, just using a larger jar so as to prevent leakage.  THIS PRODUCT IS EXTREMELY CONCENTRATED. USE ONLY A SMALL AMOUNT.
