This holo dust powder chrome powder is FANTABULOUS! Tracy has used this over black, but you can get creative and use it over anything. 2g jar with lid. We recommend applying a coat an Outshine and curing for TEN seconds, before applying your chrome. Seal with Metallic Glaze, cure and top coat. Not recommended for use on lacquer or flimsy, bendable nails.
HOW TO USE: They're meant to be burnished into the nail or used in the tacky layer. However, the holo rainbow will be seen better if you cure OUTSHINE top gel for 10 seconds and THEN burnish into the nail. I've used a matching color under my samples, but these could go over anything!
