A little goes a long way! These are cosmetic-grade, solvent-resistant, pressed pigments. Use them for both body and nail art.

 

APPLICATION:

If Applying to the Nail Surface:

  1. Start by applying a thin layer of OutShine gel and cure for 30 seconds. 
  2. Then, burnish your pigment into the nail. These pigments work best on a nail surface when treated similarly to a powdered chrome and applied with a dry applicator. OutShine has a tacky layer, which perfectly holds your pigment to the nail surface and acts as a binder to get it to stick.
  3. Top with Metallic Glaze to seal, and cure for 60 seconds. Metallic Glaze acts as sort of a "scratch protectant" for pigments and helps them maintain their color longer.
  4. Finish with Ladybug Luster Top Gel and cure for 60 additional seconds. Pigments must be sealed with a top gel to maintain their vibrancy and to prevent color transfer.

THIS PRODUCT IS EXTREMELY CONCENTRATED. USE ONLY A SMALL AMOUNT.
