This is an extra adhesive fixative to be used with any sort of alcohol ink that might want to move when you start to apply the top coat. Dries sticky and clear.
Apply one or two coats of inky pinky polish to the nail surface and allow to dry for 30 seconds. Place your ink on top and proceed with blending.
