SET UP TIME: 7am
BREAKDOWN: 4-6pm
No early pack-ups!!! You are to stay until the the trade show has ended.
Your 10ft booth space includes:
-Two passes into the show. Yours & a helper.
-Two chairs
-One table with skirts & linens (you may add an additional table for $99)
-Complimentary WIFI courtesy of Queen Ladybug
-Complimentary Parking
-Complimentary Fitness Center
Electricity is available for your space but you'll need to call the hotel DIRECTLY and add this to your booth. Please ask to speak with the facility manager and let them know you're with our trade show. There is an additional charge for this set by the hotel, of approximately $65 per space.
Classrooms will be available Friday, Saturday, & Monday, October 3, 4, & 6, 2025. Please click HERE to reserve your classroom space.

US Domestic Shipping
