These Milk Tea Boba alcohol inks are opaque (meaning you CAN'T see through them) and have a milky consistency. They can be used alone, or layered for creating beautiful gemstone looks. These need to be floated with 100% acetone ONLY, over a matte top coat. Each set comes with a packet of "bobas" for you to use in your artwork.
