These watercolors have a "blooming" effect when used with Wet Look Top Gel.
INSTRUCTIONS:
gel polish nail in desired color, cure. Apply Ladybug Luster top gel, DO NOT CURE but apply the inks into the WET layer. Allow to bloom & separate.
Once desired look is achieved, cure. Seal with metallic glaze before top coating.
