Glimmer Glitz Holo Dust is a superfine (almost dust-like) powder that is super holographic and sparkly. The colors are highly pigmented and just beautiful. These are in the same family as "Chimney Sweep" if you purchased that one at Halloween, and the Christmas At Tiffani's holo dust colors.
HOW TO USE: They're meant to be burnished into the nail or used in the tacky layer. However, the holo rainbow will be seen better if you cure OUTSHINE top gel for 10 seconds and THEN burnish into the nail. I've used a matching color under my samples, but these could go over anything!
US Domestic Shipping
We ship all of our US orders by USPS ground advantage, priority, and priority express. You can select which shipping option you prefer at checkout. All orders leave our building within 3 business days but we cannot guarantee how quickly USPS will get your order to you.
International Shipping
We ship to Canada and internationally (excluding Great Britain) by DHL. You, as the customer, are responsible for any taxes and duties incurred on top of shipping costs. All orders leave our building within 3 business days but we cannot guarantee how quickly DHL will get your order to you.
