3. Use the hashtag #beetlebox in your photo submission. Counts as 5 entries per photo.

1. Share any Beetle Box related post on our Instagram @international_nail_art_academy that WE have posted. Any photos submitted by participants, you should ask for their permission before sharing AND credit them for their work.

BB Showcase Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The Mobile Manicurist is launching the BB Showcase promotion, henceforth, “The Promotion” with promotion or advertising purposes. The Mobile Manicurist is an online E-Commerce site that sells nail art supplies and teaches nail art classes. The Mobile Manicurist’s address is 1087 Thomas Jefferson Rd., Suite 10, Forest, Va 24551, and their contact email address is mblmanicurist@gmail.com. 2. Promotion Period

This promotion will run from June 1, 2024 at 12amEST to December 30, 2024 at 11:59pmEST. All entries received outside this promotion period will be disqualified. One winner will be chosen per month, from June to December. The Promotor reserves the right to discontinue this promotion if a minimum of 5 participants have not registered to the promotion by the 20th of each month. Likewise, if the number of participants exceeds 130, the Promotor reserves the right of extending the promotion to the 25th of each month, to allow participants time to submit their photo(s).

 

3. Eligibility & Entry

This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws & regulations. Participation in the promotion constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreements to these terms & conditions. In addition, the participant agrees to accept any and all decisions made by the promotor, as final and binding in anything related to the content.

The promotion is open to:

• Promotion is open to US residents only, over the age of 18.
• This promotion is only open to residents that complete the giveaway instructions (free to enter).
• Photo of your work MUST be true and not a plagiarized photo of someone else’s work.
• Participants may only enter once per month for this promotion.

Employees, agents, and affiliates of the Mobile Manicurist and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings or their respective spouses) and household members (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

 

4. Winner Selection & Prize

The prize for this promotion is a $25 store gift card to The Mobile Manicurist Nail Boutique. This prize is not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be substituted for cash. The promotor reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. All costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize that are not expressly stated as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes on the prize. The promotor is not responsible for any warranty or guarantee on the prize, and the winner accepts the prize “as is” without any warranty or guarantee.

The winner will be selected by random drawing, one time per month on the 20th of each month. Any entries for that month submitted past that day will not be considered in the drawing. The winner will be notified via email within 2 business days of the winner selection. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, or is ineligible to receive the prize, the promotor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. The decision of the promotion is final and binding on all matters related to the promotion. 

 

5. Limitations & Disqualifications

The promotor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms & conditions or who tampers with the entry process, including (but not limited to) fraud and cheating.

The prize is not transferrable and will not be subject to changes, alterations, or compensations. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash, nor can it be changed for a different product. The Mobile Manicurist reserves the right to carry out changes, to extend or cancel the promotion with any justifiable reason with prior legal communication.

Any tax or fiscal fee that may arise from the acceptance of the prize will be the responsibility of the winner, as well as any other expense derived from the promotion that has not been previously assumed by The Mobile Manicurist in the terms & conditions.

There is a period of FIFTEEN (15) days from the date each winner is selected to file any justified claim.

The Mobile Manicurist reserves the right to substitute the prize for another one of similar characteristics and equal value, should the need arise.

 

6. Publication of Comments and Opinions

No comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, insulting, or discriminatory, or that could violate the rights of any third parties, will be allowed. Nor will comments be permitted against any individual that are an infringement of personal honor, personal or family privacy, or personal image rights. The Mobile Manicurist will not be held responsible for any damages caused by comments made by Promotion Participants, or that at any time may offend the sensitivities of other Participants.

Any attempt to hinder the proper development of the promotion, either by human intervention or by means of an automaton, will lead to the immediate disqualification of the participant, annulling their candidacy.

 

7. Discharge of Liability

By participating in this promotion, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the promotor, it’s affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising & promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injury arising out of (or related to) participation in the promotion or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize received through the promotion. The promotor makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the prize or the promotion. The promotor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the promotion, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory of liability, even if the promotor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If the promotor’s liability cannot be disclaimed or excluded under applicable law, the promotor’s maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the prize.

The promotor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion in any way, without notice, in the event of any cause beyond it’s control. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the promotion or these terms and conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other communication or advertising related to the promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail. If any provision for these terms and conditions is found by any court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed to be deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
